Digital products
Theodore artwork and personalised videos are digital products. No physical item is posted unless a product page specifically says otherwise.
Personalised video
Personalised videos are created from the brief you submit. AI-assisted creative tools are used in production, so generated characters, scenes and movements can vary from examples. Please check names, messages and other details carefully before submitting your brief.
Reference images and supplied material
By supplying a photograph, logo, artwork or other material, you confirm that you have permission to provide it for the requested project. We may decline material or requests that cannot reasonably be used.
Commercial projects
Commercial work is quoted individually. Scope, deliverables, price and any material requirements should be agreed before production begins.
Problems with an order
If a download does not work, an order has an obvious technical issue, or you believe something has gone wrong with delivery, contact hello@makeitaboutthem.co.uk with your order details so we can investigate.
